I have been going to Sensitive Care for over a decade. I have had from cavity fillings to implants done and must say their work is impeccable. Dr. Alex is my dentist and he is a perfectionist with every dental procedure he conducts. That said, my daughter has had work done my several of the other dentists at this facility and she was impressed with the care and work she needed. Sensitive care was a great experience for me. I haven’t been to the dentist for 25 years. I was very nervous to go because it’s been so long. The sensitive care staff made it easy for me they were welcoming and understanding. They didn’t make me feel bad about myself for not going for so long. They are there to help you no matter what your situation is. I’m extremely happy with them and I’m going to continue using them for the future.
For over 20 years I've relied on the always tender care of Susan, my hygienist, and they're visits I've come to look forward to! I ask for my seat to be laid flat and I lie there and look out over one of the best woodland views in town while I watch the birds (or the butterflies over my head). From cleaning to Xrays to comments she rarely misses anything that's later mentioned by the dentist. Michelle was out sick today, hope she feels better. I wasn't sure if Erin could be up to Michelle's standards. Golden toothbrush award and all! But she sure was! She did an excellent job! Very nice too, just as nice as Michelle. Dental hygienists are like hairdressers as far as I am concerned so that's how I felt when I first met Erin but if I ever need a back up, she would be it! Extreme dental anxiety is put to ease with Michelle!!
The staff and team at Sensitive Care are amazing! From the time you arrive till the time you leave they are there for you. I would recommend those who are nervous and scared that you will be put at ease with the caring informative information & compassion they show you.
As many people. The dentist is not on top of my list!. But seeing Dr Alex is always a great pleasuee. He is. I at dentist of the year in my book. the entire staff is wonderdul.
