Arrived for my appointment and was in the Doc's office within a few minutes. Doc explained what was to take place and went through some paperwork. Got on with surgery and everything went as expected (very well). Doc explained after surgery stuff and asked if I had anything to ask, negative. Overall this was a very good experience.

RACHEL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. HOPE TO HAVE HER AGAIN AND AGAIN. DR G WAS GREAT AS USUAL. HE KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. FRONT OFFICE IS KIND AND EFFICIENT.
I always have prompt service, cordial, and efficient. When I leave my teeth are cleaned, polished and feel wonderful. I must be doing better with my own teeth, with all the helpful advice from the hygienist, because this time, I had less tarter build up. Thanks Dental Health Group.

The Dental Hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable. My Dentist was not in the office today and I prefer that he is their when I come in for the 6 month checkups. The other Dentist was friendly and there were no issues, it is just a preference for continuity. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful including the billing and appointments staff. I stopped going because they didn't work with my new insurance, or so I thought. I tried seeing a new dentist, got a new filling there and was much less than satisfied. After experiencing first hand bad practice elsewhere I don't care what it costs, I'll continue going to Watertown Dental Health Group. Always clean, professional and timely.

I had a crown replaced, and expected to spend a long time waiting in the chair. I was very happy that the entire procedure took just over an hour - from the time I sat down to when I walked out the door. Dr. Virga and his assistants, Bea & Lorelei, are very friendly, caring and professional - I am a long time patient, and will continue to see Dr. Virga, Dr. Guy and Dori for dental health care into the future.
