Your staff at the front desk were friendly and greeted this patient u[on arrival, they had necessary information for the visit. The hygienist was on schedule and escorted this patient to a room. It was clean and she had set up instruments prior to calling this worker She cleaned my teeth explaining what she was going to do next. When finished she escorted this person too sign-out . Bid a good day. Very pleased with her attention to infection control, changing gloves when she had to leave the room
In the past I have been very pleased with my experiences at Watertown Dental, and today was no exception. Mary, the dental hygienist, was outstanding. She was not only very professional, but informative and friendly as well. Although I was here for just a routine cleaning Dr. Virga made sure that I was also checked out by him. He too was terrific.
I had a root canal and crown done at the same appointment. The staff was very good,and I felt my comfort was a priority to them. This made the experience pleasant to me.
