It went very well The dentist and assistant explained everything very well. I was pleased with the whole visit.
My mom accidentally thought my appt was today when in fact it was Friday! Dental Health was so amazing, they fit me in. I’m so grateful that they are so accommodating!
I have been with the Watertown dental health group for many years and I can honestly say I would never want to have to go anywhere else for my dental needs. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. My dentist is absolutely a great dentist and just a good person. I have never experienced anything but kindness from all of the team there.
had 2 or three emergency’s that needed urgent attention. Once I broke a tooth on some Adirondack Bear Claw ice cream the day after Thanksgiving and Dr Girardi worked me in. Once I called left a message and started driving the 17 miles to town. They called me back with an appointment just before I got to town. They have always been there when I really needed it
Had tooth File down because food particles are getting caught near the gumline and Causing sensitivity issues. Was handled in a quick manor as always and will see how things go on my next cleaning appointment this coming December.
Feel like I get good care of my needs. Like that Dr. Girardi actually comes in to see me and give me feedback.
Very courteous, friendly and professional
The office is very clean. The staff is friendly, wait time is minimal. So glad I chose to make the switch and start coming here .
