I have tried chriropractic care in the past, never worked for me. Dr Tom and team has been different- i have some herniations that impact my sleep, have been a new person since going.
Upper cervical care is the singular chiropractic technique that has helped me keep my chronic lower back issues under control for over a decade, and I am grateful to Dr. Tom and his team for the personable care that they provide. I don’t know what I would do without them!
Dr. Tom is a miracle worker and his practice is in a category of its own. He always starts with x-rays—which revealed a neck injury I didn't even know I had (despite regular chiro visits the last few years). He uses spinal decompression, muscle activation, his own supplement line (which is awesome!), in addition to adjustments. His approach is full body optimization.
