Curry Senior Center has very poor customer service. Staff has no respect for clients.
BE CAREFUL with North County Serenity House 1341 N. Escondido Blvd. They change their rules when they feel like. They are NOT constant with their rules and policies and practice retaliatory behaviors. Dee Mcree counslor/supervisor doesn't seem to know her job. Good luck getting return phone calls from Dee.
I was sent to the MCRP program here in Nov. 2021. We were served expired food and rancid chicken. When I lodged a complaint with HealthRight360 HQ in San Francisco, I was sent back to prison, never given a 115 (disciplinary write up or hearing) and my entire existence at the place was wiped clean. All the positive reviews are fake- staff writing them to praise themselves during downtime. Ignorant. Pitiful. Overburdened to the point of being useless. Blame the patients for anything & everything. Frighteningly unprofessional.
