Very kind, knowledgeable and well trained I hired Health Related Personnel for my mothers care. I was very worried about the type of person that they would send into our home. I was pleasantly surprised that the Aide was clean, kind, hard working and very knowledgeable about the condition. Everybody from the Registered Nurse to the Office Manager were very kind and very pleasant to deal with. I can't explain how helpful these people were in our time of need. They are rude! When a rep from Health Related Personnel called my house, she smarted off with me when I told her we had already found a sitter for my father. I was unaware that another family member had set up an appointment. If this is the type of business you run, you might as well get out of it!Can you give negative stars?
