My appointment was great. I have been going to Dr. Haines and Darian for many years & could not ask for two more kind, compassionate & professional individuals.
I am in every way satisfied with the dental care that I receive from Charlottesville Dental Health Partners--and in particular, from Dr. Garry Haines, my dentist, and from Cindy, my hygienist. They keep my teeth healthy and, if any problems develop (such as fifty-year=old fillings that break or crumble), they do whatever has to be done with dispatch. I have complete confidence in this dental practice and strongly recommend to anyone in need of first-class dental care.
The care at Charlottesville Dental is top notch. The staff is personable but professional, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Dr. Paukert is excellent…attentive, wise, and flexible. The hygienists are gentle but thorough and seem good at dealing with folks who don’t always love going to the dentist! The practice has been very good at dealing with Covid protocols. I highly recommend this practice.
Just had my first appointment with these folks, and I was impressed. They were friendly, and more importantly, the staff and doctor all seemed quite competent. To top it off, my appointment started on time. I just relocated to C'ville, and am relieved to find this dental practice. HIghly recommended.
Gave her time I’m sure/ because I’m older and have problems to do the best for me as it had been 21 months since I’d been to the dentist because of covid and moving here. So a new dentist and new hygienist and all is good. Feel so good about this dental group.
Last Thursday was my first time to visit Charlottesville Dental Health Partners. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Haines is professional and treats a patient like a friend. He considers patients needs very carefully. When his assistant did impressions for me , she was very patient and gentle. I will share my story with everyone after my big problem is solved.

I took my husband, who has dementia and is now confined to a wheelchair, to his appointment yesterday for his routine cleaning, etc. Space was created for his reclining wheel care and he received excellent care.
Been seeing her for years. If you want an excellent cleaning, she’s your hygienist. She also has a wonderful sense a humor. That is a delight onus.
