Clean and good atmosphere, plenty of agents to help out and a virtey of service
Nope. They can’t seem to figure out how insurance contract works and work with my provider to get him under their coverage. They send me conflicting statements and tell my provider conflicting coverage information.
Worst company ever do not recommend
I called Health Partners today and spoke with “RENEE” a Member Relations Agent @4:40 pm . She was very pleasant ,helpful compassionate and knowledgeable about all services that were offered. Not only did she share all the amenities that are offered from the insurance she was very patient with detailing all questions I asked .She assisted and help solve my concerns of a bill I received.
