I had an emergency last Monday after I broke a crown! I called Monday after and spoke to Emily and she got me an appointment the following day at 8am. Saw Graham Ward who was amazing. I was out in 45 minutes. Job done. Thank you both so much.
Damien had unfortunately recent damage to two teeth. An appointment arranged for the next day, very appreciative of that. They also reminded me and supplied pre-treatment antibiotics on the day. The particular dentist was most helpful, briefly explaining what was being done and there was minimal discomfort, including injections for each tooth. I was particularly thankful the repairs were done so promptly as I didn’t want to loose the teeth.
At the start the dentist eased my pain of as split tooth that was irritating and giving much pain. Removed the tooth , told me in advance all that was asked and needed of him. No pain, staight to the problem and cure. No fuss, great service and kind/gentle help. Best dentist I have had in my 76years
I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was at Health Partners Dental. I visited this practice three times, and each visit was a complete waste of time and money. Despite persistent issues with my teeth, they inexplicably refused to take X-rays to diagnose the problem. It's as if they were deliberately avoiding finding a solution. Have been using Health Partners Dental for many many years. I have been really unlucky with my teeth but really lucky I have thr wonderful group of staff and such friendly people to look after then for me. Not a single complaint and being a member the pricing is bar none! Will continue to use my preferred Dr as she is amazing. Thanks again!
