Very slow
If I could give it 0 stars I would waited over an hour and still wasn’t called the way they are so slow and the kiosk told me only 8 people ahead of me what type of blood are they drawing that it takes so long will never use HNL again
Speaking from experiences I’ve had with the staff, I’ve had all amazing experiences with them! They’re super friendly, check-in was quick, and even once I was sat down it was relatively quick for them to collect me. I always feel welcomed, as if they’re a family doctor. For those who aren’t sure whether it’s packed in there, your best shot is to call ahead or check their location (it will actively share whether it’s lively or not). Great place to come for urgent care!!
