I’ve been coming here since they opened! Very knowledgeable and friendly service, excellent product selection, self-serve dog wash, and groomers on site for all the nail trims. Prices are on par with all the big box and online stores, too!!!
Always have a great experience when shopping. The staff very knowledgeable and love all the options to choose from being food, treats, accessories.. place to wash your dog... etc etc... a great Seminole Heights business that we love having so close !!!
Best pet store we have ever seen. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they stock a great selection of healthy foods for our dogs and cats. Our cocker has been groomed there a number of times and they do an outstanding job and really treat her well. We love this place.

Okay, normally I love this place and would give 5 starts, however the last couple of times I have been the customer service at the register is not great and I have left feeling disrespected like the cashiers at Walmart leave you feeling.
