During flu season my fiancé, an RN, arrived at 6:33 pm, 3 MINUTES after their last seen appointment for the day and was refused service. This is after coming from another “urgent care” center with a 2 hour wait. 3 minutes. And a snarky “that’s our policy.” Oh, and an offer to call an ambulance... that’s exactly what healthcare needs—more waste. I visited Health Matters today and, as always, was seen in a timely manner even though they were very busy. My treatment plan was thorough and I feel sure I'll be well very soon. Ronna, you are simply the best!!
The staff at Health Matters are the absolute best. From the front desk to all the health care providers. They take the time to listen to you, explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. Thank you so much for all you do for your patients.
Nothing but praise! Just had my DOT exam, and the staff was wonderful. I suffer with "White Coat", get nervous at the Doctors office. They were so pleasant and understanding and calmed me down. Great bunch of people! May God continue to bless them!
I know that everyone can have different experiences, but for my family, I feel they went above and beyond (although this might just be their standard) to get our daughter on the right path! The have my sincere gratitude for helping us take care of our child!!!! I do feel bad for them in that they had to deal with me!!! LOL Merry Christmas to the enitre staff!!!
Love this Urgent Care center. The staff was awesome and you don't have to wait hours and hours like most. I actually received a better check up than anywhere else I have gone. Love it.
All this place is worried about is taking your money, not whether you get better or not.
