I’ve been a patient of Dr. Anand for nearly 2 years and making the switch to Direct Primary Care at Health Matters has been the single best health decision I’ve made - not an exaggeration nor is it BS! Dr Heikens is such a thorough and caring doctor. I had my annual physical and he performed - by far - the most thorough check up I’ve ever had. He explained what all of it meant as he went, so I never felt lost. He spent a lot of time explaining his recommendations in a way that made sense (which will make it a lot more likely for me to follow). Dr. Anand is such a caring, empathetic, and skilled doctor. I appreciate how I don’t feel rushed in my appointments, and she is always willing to kindly explain her thinking and decisions with me!
