I don't really know what other workers has experienced with this agency,however,I worked with HMI for 6yrs and I have experienced is respect.The staff is not perfect,but who is.Being HMI employee,you have to be reliable, respectful,and consistent.People who experienced some issues with HMI is mainly those who try to jump from one agency to another.HMI has standards to abide by unfortunately like any other company.This is good agency,they listens to employees.
I worked for this company for almost a year and it was a nightmare I was paid late all the time and they had the nerve wanting to hold my pay when my timesheets have a mistake on them .
