The other staff I engage with is kind, helpful, and super friendly. I can't believe the amount of progress I have made. My life has improved with physical therapy. RecommendedThe west end office offers physical therapy like none I have experienced in the past. They actually make it fun. The staff is just awesome, friendly and upbeat from the front desk, the therapists, and those who put the electrodes on the spots that need the extra help. My hip hasn't felt this good in years. A big thank you to everyone involved.
Horrible customer service. I cancelled my last few appointments because they over charge for services and refuse to refund. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm not the only one this has happened to. This place is awful. If you get referred here, do not accept that referral, go somewhere else. I have started a dispute with my flex company over their charges and I am looking at other options for recouping the money paid. Horrible customer service! Awful office management and their billing service is fraudulent. Reporting them to the state and our insurance and flex. Front desk staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Telling every single person I come in contact with!

The therapists here are amazing. Have really helped me since my accident.
My husband and I both have now been going to Physical Therapy in Motion and they have help trumedisly. Not only at the office but help you learn thing to help when your not there. Amazing people.
