HORRIBLE SERVICE!! WAIT OVER 3HRS JUST TO GET DISCONNECTED!! LAST WEEK DURING MY INTERVIEW, THE LADY WAS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SPOKE WITH AN ATTITUDE, HUFFED AND PUFFED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CALL! WOULD INTERRUPT ME, AS IF WHAT I NEEDED TO SAY DID NOT MATTER! AT THE END, READ HER SCRIPT AND HUNG UP. EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER I NEEDED TO ADDRESS A FEW THINGS BEFORE ENDING THE INTERVIEW AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME ANYWAYS!! THEN THIS WEEK, I'VE TRIED REACHING THEM BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY ENTIRE TAX RETURN! The least competent staff I have encountered. They involve multiple intermediaries between the customer and supervisor for a single issue instead of addressing it directly, causing unnecessary delays and inefficiency. After all of the issues, I was eventually hung up on.

It is taking 4 months to do a simple reciprocity for CNA license. The agent said after I finally finished all the extra red tape for my reciprocity application CNA registry customer service said. “ whenever we get to it , is when we will post it as active. “ Shame how they think they don’t have to work to get things done. I don’t think they appreciate their jobs. Doing things by paper back in the 90’s took less than 2 weeks . Website was down for a long extended period of time. Smh 🙂‍↔️
