What a delightful experience I had. The office staff were extremely friendly and helpful with me as I am a bit inexperienced with iPhone apps and such. Dr. Ryan was very understanding of my spinal injuries from last summer. He assured me that his evaluation and adjustments would be gentle and effective. That they were. I look forward to my next visits and perhaps I’ll try the massage therapy session offered. Thanks again to the entire staff! I felt like I could do cart wheels right now, but then again…
I had never had chiro treatment before and I am so glad to have started here. The process from start to finish was so smooth. The outreach from the front desk was excellent in terms of paperwork and communication. The front desk person, Lesley, was so lovely and welcoming making sure all the info was correct for my needs. Professional and friendly atmosphere, treatment felt great and definitely recommended to anyone needing great chiropractic care.
Emily was wonderful at getting me an appointment right away(within 2 days of my first call). She was friendly and to the point! She made sure i understood what my insurance covers and what I would be responsible for. The office was clean and welcoming, it was easy to find! I had my first visit with Dr Ryan last week and it was one of the best chiro experiences I have had. He was tiny only thorough but made sure I understood everything.
