*Using a friend's account to protect my identity here.* This review is regarding Health Horizons located on Southern Blvd. in Virginia Beach. I would never use this company,for the sole fact that they are a scam. They are evidently running yet another illegitimate PCA training course in the area. I was asked to bring in identifcation cards and $50 CASH, which the woman with a tattooed breast at the front desk took in the back.I then spoke with someone who was the manager, supposedly while the front desk had my cards.
