The pharmacist and staff are the most helpful and knowledgeable group of providers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! They go the extra mile to find the appropriate solution to any and all problems dealing directly with the healthcare and insurance systems. After Rite Aid went bust all my scripts were transferred to Walgreens....but they've proven to be a complete dumpster fire. Julia the pharmacist would order a specialty medication for me and I'd go there monthly, so I just decided to get everything transferred to Health Hero going forward. Honestly, I don't even live nearby, but the customer service, ease of getting regularly scheduled refills as well as getting text message notifications, is completely worth it to me to not have to deal with Walgreens!!
