Had major abdominal surgery and after my surgery checkup. I've had after surgery major issues, its as though I don't exist and they can't help me?????
Feed my husband. He's been waiting to eat and no one will bring him food. We've been waiting in the hallway for hours.
Even though I rated this a high review..I did have a problem with one nurse this morning..she actually ask me who did I think I was..I ask her to remove four quick leads for me to go to the restroom..she told me no..the other nurses did it,but,not her..but,what really made me mad was when she raised her voice at me and said "Who do you think you are..not acceptable.. I'm battling cancer.. I 'm the patient.. that's who I am!! The hospital is great..but she was not..
We were with my mother in law who was admitted to the PCU from the ED after suffering a fall and head injury. She spent 12 days on the unit. The nurses and entire staff were amazing! I have worked in hospitals for more than 50 years, in all areas, and with all levels of healthcare professionals, and I have to say I have never seen a better, more caring group as a whole than I did here.
