There isn't personal service anymore. You have a different nurse every time you go in for your infusion. Whoever thought this was a good way to run things is sadly mistaken. I'm angry about it and looking into other infusion centers.
Not sure why such low reviews but this place has been awesome to me, never had an issue everyone is very nice and caring.
Very bad experience this time , no empathy, no care , the person who answered today may 10 , was rude no show any interest in help , the last call she recommended me use google to find the number of the another infusion center ???? Seriously??????? , Remember you working whit sick people who nedd help
