Easy to make an appointment and was taken back to a room fairly close to appointment time. When taken back my BP and temperature were taken and she asked me just a couple of questions and then left. I sat in the room for at least 45 minutes before NP came in. Listened to lungs and looked at throat and said she would call in some prescriptions.
Penny is awesome, always so caring and understanding! The whole team was friendly.
Honesty is respected here; my 1st time here, signed in but waited close to 2 hrs! when I asked about the waiting line, they reported they would check into it, almost immediately the nurse brought me into a medical room, spoke the truth about a mistake being made in regards to the wait, the doctor arrived within minutes. Everyone was kind, concerned and very friendly...
