5 STAR all the way. I am so pleased with Dr. Collier and his staff. My only negative is that I did not start working with them earlier.
Front desk staff is rude and act like they are annoyed that you are there. Specifically Shy, she ignored me and ate her candy bar while I stood at the window
Love this office. Dr Hart is the best doctor I’ve ever had!
The girl who answers the phones and handles scheduling is unbelievably rude. Her attitude is downright nasty, and she acts like speaking to patients is some huge burden. She cuts you off, gives zero help, and sounds irritated the entire time. She desperately needs training in basic customer service or a different job entirely, because dealing with people is clearly not her strength.
Office staff is rude. You walk up to the desk and they completely ignore you even though you’re standing right in front of them. A simple “Hi there, we’ll be right with you” would suffice. Instead I stand there awkwardly in silence while they stare blankly at their computers. Not once did they look up at me.
