The apartments are considerably old, but for the way rents are in Miami-Dade, the rent is reasonable at Green Briar. They should removebthe trees in some places where cars park because the birds crap at night on top of the cars. We have a Gym and two swimming pools. Maintenance is Excellent and a friendly staff in general. We have a roaming security guard at night. Can't say anything really negative about this place.

It has been a good experience over all. Peaceful, the instalations are clean and well kept. Excelent maintenance service.
