Every single time I call, the phone is never answered. I’ve been calling for a couple days now , due to my back injury. I don’t want to go there just to make an appointment and go home. What’s the point of having office phones if nobody picks up?! There’s always people in that office so I’m confused on what’s going on? Like if you don’t like your job quit, because there’s people out here who really needs help or who needs to be seen. They acting like we’re not important.. this is just horrible. This location has slowly gotten worse over the years. Highly recommend going over to the Bay County location, very sweet staff all around!!
Truly disappointed with the customer service here. Very rude and unprofessional. I came to get a birth certificate. All three employees were sitting at the window and sat there like I was not needing assistance. After 5 minutes I got answered and was given attitude the entire time.
It’s never packed when I come in for my WIC appointments! The nutritionist and the staff are stellar and I love coming here
