Convenient location. Very welcoming staff and clean waiting room. Dr. Levy’s medical assistant, Matty was friendly and professional. Dr. Levy was thorough, offered healthcare options and advice. Very clean and relaxing exam room. Highly recommend for OB/GYN and exclusive women’s healthcare in Sachse, Tx.
Refused to take insurance unless you're pregnant and refused cash payment. Wouldn't let us schedule an appointment and wouldn't direct us or give advice on any other doctors to see.
I followed up with Dr. Krystine during my high-risk pregnancy. She was very caring and helpful throughout my visits, and she is a great doctor. She referred me to the fetal care clinic while continuing to follow up with me regularly, and she made the right decision about when to induce my labor so my baby could come into this world safely. Thank God my baby didn’t need the NICU. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Medical staff were all very nice and wonderful. I felt like they listened and answered all my questions. Dr. Levy was amazing and I’m looking forward to working with her throughout my pregnancy.
