I Have my uterus out Been waiting 2weeks for the Dr. to call me back to schedule for my surgery and no news so far called twice and the receptionist was so rude she even hanged up on me. That's not professional She put me on hold for like 10 minutes and after I told her you said only wait a second not 10min she responded ok not even a sorry I also reminded her that she had said the same thing about they will return a call and nothing. I switched to this practice after moving to Sachse. I had a recent appointment with Dr. Rhomberg and both the practice and Dr. Rhomberg were fantastic. I was called back right on time, the nurse who did my intake was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Rhomberg was professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and she made my annual exam as easy as is possible for such a thing. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Rhomberg!
Amazing staff. the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Mary B. Was amazing and very nice, she explained everything well and made me feel very welcome.
I had a great experience except for having to wait too long. The nurse was super and my doctor was wonderful.
New patient and couldn’t ask for a better or more friendly provider for a new mom. Was recommended this practice by church friends and I can see why. Looking forward to their future care.
