Constant staff turnover, we were "encouraged" to hire an aide for my mother, difficult to get in touch with the staff/nurses there (cell phone voicemails were full or no one would return our calls), Memory Care hair salon is not in a secured part of the building. My mother was able to leave the hair salon and take the elevator down to the first floor where she could have walked out the front door!
