I wish I could give NO STAR. This place is HORRIBLE , OMG!!!! The receptionist must not get paid enough money, they have a dark spirit about them they’re nasty individuals. I get it’s just the HEALTH CENTER , But damn y’all don’t gotta be so IGNORANT to the public. I wouldn’t send my dog here. I was literally about to make a call for the man up at the front desk , i literally had to remove myself from this place.
Went for a walk in this morning 7:30 am, was the first one there. The receptionist was so rude like she didn’t want to be there the nurse was unconcerned about my health issues, didn’t listen to anything I had to say. Because I had insurance I had to make an appointment which made no sense to me. This place is horrible to the point I left and went somewhere else and got the best service. The people who "work" at this location need a training seminar or something. No one should have to pay for transportation to come and pickup their medication, only for this place to randomly be closed. Do better.
Receptionist, Doctors, nurses and staff were very helpful and kind.
After reading about people's experiences with this clinic, I was hesitant to go there. Because I don't have health insurance, I wanted medical service that was affordable (as every medical service should be). Walk-ins must sign in and grab a walk-in form. Once signed in, I sat down in the waiting room. You don't need to get in the line if you are walk-in. Twenty minutes later, the nurse called me.
