If this is your first time and have never been seen here before, a walk-in is your most likely option. Here are the steps- 1) sign your name on the clipboard to the left upon entering the building and take an intake sheet that needs to be filled out and given to the nurse when they call your name and usher you to a patient room (note- the closer you arrive to 7:30am, which is when they open the doors, the sooner you will be seen as it is first come first served). Health Center 3 is a fantastic resource for the Philadelphia community, especially for working-class people. Whether you have health insurance or not, they prioritize getting you the care you need. While the staff might not always have the "concierge" feel of a major private hospital, they are professional and effective at managing your health. This is a health center there are friendly people working here that will help with your health needs but, be prepared to wait if you don't go early or if it's your first time
