I want to report a very disappointing experience at Health Center 3 Lab today between 1 PM and 2 PM. A female staff member’s behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional toward patients. This is not the first time I have seen this kind of behavior from her. She consistently treats people in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A healthcare facility should be a place where patients are treated with kindness, patience, and respect.
