Started at Peabody which was amazing. When I got to woburn a couple years ago I would have gave it a lower star but now they run so smoothly. There is almost never a line. Someone is always there to help you. Nurses are amazing and so nice and helpful. Front desk runs quickly and always answers questions and helps with a smile. As long as you put in the world, this program will work for you. Thank you for helping me so much during the worst time of my life.
The staff here especially Erin Kelly and Sam are superior. They are so kind caring and motivating to help in the process of getting sober. I truly owe my life and am so proud to be a part of HCRC woburn and feel welcomed encouraged and appreciated. I cant say enough about this place .Thank u
All the staff who work there are truly genuine. They treat all clients with respect and dignity. There are honest and caring and they have good intentions for the clients and they explain stuff if you don't understand
This is the best medical staff I've ever encountered. Kelly their on site r.n is a pillar of professionalism. Highly recommend treatment here Edit: im now 4 months into the program and I continue to receive empathy compassion and care from these professionals. I have yet to meet any condescending or better than additude staff which is the most important thing In recovery is letting the addict know they are human.. they are worth it and they can recovery.
