I agree, once you actually get in to your appointment, everyone is lovely and the NPs and so helpful and you don't feel rushed. But now it feels just like a " business", with the new booking system and not able to call in. Where has the "care" gone, when no call back with abnormal blood results, no follow up? As a nurse, this appears the way our health system is going sadly. No, not recommended.

Well, I can see from the comments here that a lot of men have issues with this clinic, well, you can add me to that list. I have made appointments with Dr. G to voice concerns about abuses that I have been told about. But instead of this clinic calling me during the appointments I’ve made, they call the abusing ex-partner or they ghost the appointment altogether. Even though they are my family doctor, none of us can ever get in to see them! Appointments are either months out or first come first serve based on what you say on your voicemail you have to leave right at 8:30am and if they think its urgent enough to bring you in. But they don't tell you this or the fact they don't even answer the phone, they just say that no one is available and to leave a message. Would be nice to be told how the system works.
