I can see from reading the comments that a lot of men in particular don’t have a good experience with this clinic. I am one of them. My family is restructured and I have two daughters that live on and off with their mother and I. My oldest has been reporting abuse at her mother’s home, I’ve reached out to Dr. G several times over the last few years. Have always received kind, thoughtful and compassionate care from my NP and locum NPs during visits.
We have had such great experiences here with Dr. Heather Robertson, as well as two of our nurse practitioners. They have been so good with us. Heather is so thorough, patient and really cares and takes her time. We are so blessed to have both of our children in her care as well as the NPs.
Honestly, have loved having a nurse practitioner here. Ginelle has been incredibly helpful. As much as I want to recommend people to go here I have a hard time now because I strongly dislike the new booking system. I now have to wait like 2 months to get in when before (with same day booking) I could get in within a few days if I didn't get an appointment the first day. What are people supposed to do when something comes up? People can't wait 2 months for an appointment.
