I love my care team here. While it can sometimes be incredibly difficult to get an appointment, I feel lucky just having a primary care physician. If you don’t need something right away, you can book appointments in advance but it is normally around a month wait for that. My nurse practitioner has been really caring and helpful in figuring out what’s going on with my health. Do not go there for an interview They waste your time... I had a bad experience here.....
TERRIBLE. Rude office assistants, unhelpful. The nurse practitioners are absolutely clueless and uncaring. Do yourself a favour and stay away… literally anything is better than this place.
The only way to see someone is to call at 8:30 in the morning and leave a message. If you're called back before 10, you can see someone; if not you're out of luck. People work! It's difficult for a work place to be flexible day after day just in case you can get in to see someone. You're triaged in some way based on your message. It's a senseless system and impossible to get in. I've been calling every day for a prescription refill, which you need an appt. for, and am never called back. Now what??
