My mother's provider was Lena Govori. Using their service was difficult to say the least. Waiting for a call back, and if you missed that call or your questions/concerns were not answered you would have to call the service again. My mother was at an Assisted Living community who were not providing her cares as they should have been. I do not recommend health at home consultants. It took 3 months to get a walker and then only when I found another provider to order one for me. Management is poor. Not knowledgeable about medications or medical conditions. Do not read messages even when you're calling from the hospital. Couldn't schedule a follow up visit after getting home from the hospital within the 1 week window. Would not prescribe a needed medication because it would require paperwork to get a pre authorization and was told that it was too expensive. ... read more

Lena was so helpful to our family when Mom Sue was taken off hospice and needed meds to recv continued comfort. Communication was maintained regularly with Mom and gave Mom sense of security that she would be taken care of. Appreciate this service! The Guenette Family.
Unlike those in the employ of this agency I will refrain to harsh judgement based on assumptions. That said, I would absolutely not recommend Health at Home Consultants to provide an accurate assessment of your aging parent. Especially if their health has taken a sudden and unexpected sharp decline.
