Update! Just got in touch with Jean. She was very helpful and explained everything regarding our bill. Thank You. Now giving you All stars.⭐️ Have been attempting to call for 3 days now. Left messages after being put on hold got 30 minutes each time. Each call was told I was next call to be answered. Then given to 3rd party service bot. Still no return call. Beyond unprofessional. Trying to check on bill payment for my husband who passed away.
I've witnessed this group of incredible providers in action! Kindness, compassion and attention to detail. Jamie and Jan are incredible and ensure that those they are entrusted to care for are provided the best care!!!! You will NOT be disappointed.
I had the opportunity to work with several of the members of the health at home team recently. They were all really great. Claire and Lena are two of the Nurse Practitioners at Health at Home Consultants and let me tell you, they were both amazing! Both were very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. You can feel confident that your family is in good hands with them. It is clear that they have a passion for the elderly population that they serve.
JAMIE was extremely helpful when I needed solutions to caring for my mother when she was not able to stay home alone but long term Healthcare facility wasn't an option. The staff is dependable, efficient and caring for all of mom's needs.
