Just did my vaccinations review today at SWC UVic. I had a great and easy time checking in (took all of 5 minutes between checking in and getting seen by the nurse). Victoria was my nurse today and she was so caring, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. I had a few vaccines administed, and Victoria made sure I felt informed and ready for all of them. Felt no pain from the vaccinations so that's always a plus as well. Nothing but the best of patient care from the team, and especially from Victoria!
Terrible experience
Absolutely horribly ableististic and untrained staff that can't even figure out how to submit a disability tax credit form. I ALMOST DIED DUE TO MEDICAL NEGLECT WHEN I GOT SICK DURING MY HONOURS RESEARCH. I have gotten so many contradictory statements from the staff here over the years on so many different topics, they seriously need to be retrained
very kind, helpful staff and great doctors!
