Be very careful, this may be a scam!!! They'll claim to be contacting you on the instructions of your insurance company and then can try to stick you with a massive bill. After being contacted by them I reached out to my insurance company who said they never heard of them. I tried to call back about my appointment and they were incredibly unprofessional and rude.
