Excellent 1st time experience with lots of instruction and relaxation. Clean and professional atmosphere. Great deals for introduction.
Very disappointed. I actually ended my session 30 minutes early because of it. The experience just wasn’t for me, but that’s not why I was so disappointed. I expected more of a spa like experience, but all I got was dirty equipment and broken furniture. There was duct tape on both the bench and the inversion therapy chair, the shower was dirty, the walls were dirty and chipped, and the liner inside the float tank was stained. It’s a wonderful experience and customer service is AMAZING!! The safety video to explain what to expect and how the water float benefits your mind and body is very informative. Lisa is awesome too, very friendly!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
I found an awesome deal on Groupon and decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed!! The studio was very clean, organized, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I have sciatic nerve pain quite often and the float made my back feel amazing! I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, happy, and had a clear mind. 10/10, would recommend!

My first float today! It takes a few minutes on the inversion table to trust you won’t fall off. You don’t. It takes a few minutes to feel comfortable in the float tank. You will float! My biggest worry was that I would be cold. I was actually pretty hot! Super relaxing. You listen only to your breathing and your heartbeat. I can’t wait to go back!
