I had never done anything like it so I had no idea what to expect. They sent an email explaining the process, and including a link for a video which was very helpful to adjust the expectations and make the most of the treatment. It was definitely relaxing, but since I am a very high strung person I have a hard time staying relaxed the entire hour, but it was still worth it for sure. I was able to start the New Year more relaxed after floating in a tank for my first time. I was amazed how soft it made my skin. I also gave a session to my sister as a gift and she loved it.
The entire experience was amazing. Thoughtful, well informed staff. I had a 90 minute float and felt as if I slept for 10 hours. I'm excited for my next float

Absolutely amazing and life changing! I've been struggling with severe stress and anxiety over the past year, along with symptoms of depression over the last month. After one session at Healing Waters, all of my symptoms seemed to have vanished. It was magical!
