When someone calls because they are worried about a patients care and instead of calling you back they call the person taking care of the patient..... that’s wrong. It’s like if you are trying to tell someone a child is being beat, would you call the parents who are doing it??? HELL NO..... you would call and find out more then take the right steps into seeing if it’s true. If something happens to my mom.... I will be blaming this company.
