I've been working with Raquel for about 2 years and I've seen a huge improvement in my overall mental health. She finds a way to gently extract things from me that I find hard to discuss, she allows me to lead the conversation and discuss the things that are bothering me, as well as, the things that bring me joy. Raquel has also found a way to identify my B.S. and calls me out on it, (which is exactly what I personally want and need in a therapist)! Raquel is great! She's a problem solver who helps come up with direct and actionable solutions to one's problems. Her scheduling process is also incredibly easy and flexible for those who have a busy and unpredictable schedule.
Raquel has restored my hope and willingness to thrive and prosper mentally and emotionally. Her warm and caring demeanor complement her highly skilled and effective therapeutic counseling. After listening carefully, Raquel has evaluated my case, and she consistently facilitates our sessions with direct, fruitful and meaningful dialogue. She has shared tools and techniques with me that have initiated my journey toward self awareness and healing.
