RecommendedWe brought our Pekingese puppy, Gus, to Healing Paws for his neuter. He had a testicle that didn't descend, but Dr. Carrow was able to locate the missing testicle and pull it down so that Gus only had one incision! Recovery was smooth, and Gus was quickly back to being our silly little rambunctious puppy! We so appreciate Dr. Carrow--we knew we were in good hands throughout the entire process. Healing Paws also has the best techs in town. Highly recommend!
Yesterday, my 10 week old puppy suddenly became listless and had some concerning symptoms. My regular vet wasn't in the office and they worked to get me in. The staff and doctors were fantastic! Great bedside manner, customer service and explained everything. They made sure all of my questions were answered before I left and, honestly, even though it was an urgent care/emergency visit, I was pleasantly surprised with the bill. I love Healing Paws. My dog had a minor injury but their appointments were full. I was told I could bring my dog in and drop her off so the Vet could examine in between other appointments. They examined and the Vet called to confirm she could do xrays. No serious injury found but Vet called me to inform of treatment needed and I could pick my dog up in just a few minutes. Great customer service! They go above and beyond to take care of me and my kitty. The staff is very knowledgable and extremely friendly. They are always willing to see me quickly and answer any of my questions and concerns.
I give them five stars. The staff and Vet Dr's are wonderful and care about our fur babies. Love this clinic.
