Every dog should be so lucky as to have Dr. Wantuck as their vet. She is professional, yet kind and caring, to the pets as well as their owners. Ellie Mae and Bobbie Sue are so very lucky! Healing Paws uses a real team approach to serve you and your pet. Is there any way to give more than 5 stars 'excellent'?!

Good veterinarian care is worth its weight in good, but finding veterinarians who truly care about their patients in such a wonderful way is priceless. Yesterday I found a kitten that someone had dumped out a car window. As I sat at a stoplight I could see the kitten trying to move and countless cars just drove by. Dr. Wantuck is hands down the best vet in the 417 area. She has been taking care of my fur babies for 5+ years and will continue to do so. She does what is for the your pet and is very knowledgeable in her field. She is absolutely great. She cares for all animal's. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. She will always put the health of your animal first. Like I said before hands down best vet!
I haven't had the opportunity to visit Healing Paws but have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kerry and having her as my vet. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and respectful of clients and staff. She took a Mast Cell tumor off one of my furbabies and took the time to answer any questions I had. Love her and would not hesitate to use her for my vet.
I have worked with Dr Wantuck for many years before moving to this practice. She has seen my animals as well as many, many foster dogs that have gone through my house. She cares so much for each and every one. Dr Wantuck is compassionate and attentive to every one I bring in. She is always honest and upfront about each animal (especially foster dogs) and is thorough. I appreciate having a vet who is genuine and caring with my animals. Wouldn't take my cats anywhere else! Since my first visit here Dr. Ross and her staff have always been the most caring, trusting and knowledgeable when it comes to the care of my animals or any other. Highly recommended to all my Springfield friends and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!!
Couldn't imagine taking my baby anywhere else. The vet herself even called to check on him after his surgery!!
