Dr. Stern and her staff are just phenomenal. I don't have the words to commend them on their professionalism, compassion and kindness. They have gone above and beyond in caring for not just my beloved cat, but me as well. I am so grateful for all they have done for us.
Gareth was in for his frist acupuncture treatment yesterday with Dr. Stern. I noticed an immediate difference in his demeanor. He was exceptionally calm once the procedure began and after the treatment he seemed relieved- feeling really good. The calmness even lasted into this morning. Highly recommend her and we are going back for another treatment next week. Thank you, Dr. Stern!!!
After a horrifying experience with a vet prior to this, Dr.Stern and her team were fantastic even though the circumstances of finding them were not ideal, all were understanding and VERY compassionate and empathetic. Dr. Stern and her wonderful staff are such a blessing to all the lives they touch, both animal and human. I have found the right holistic/conventional veterinarian for my 5 yr old Airedale who has been dealing with health issues that no one else could help us resolve. Dr. Stern and her staff are so caring and thoughtful. Dr. Stern always takes her time with you and your furry friend and really listens. I love the holistic approach and natural alternatives, combined with traditional approach when necessary.
Our bichon fell down a few step and lost the ability to move his hips, back legs or feet. After some chiropractor work and pain management he still was unable to walk. We took him to Dr Stern for acupuncture and after a few treatments he was able to stand. After a few more he could walk again.
