What a bunch of losers! Forced to bring my car there (Oh that s a whole other story for future reviews of the first dealer I dealt with) to fix a modem problem with my 2015 MKC that had been broken since July of 2015 (appointment was in June 2016) and BTW to date the modem has been broken for OVER a year with no fix from Lincoln. $7K reserve option useless for a now 16 months and counting.
