Unfortunately the Customer service is horrible! I've been calling for over 2 weeks and left several messages, No call back as of yet.. I've called more than 50 times an no answer This is probably one of the worst experience with customer service!! Most likely I'll be going elsewhere
Terrible doctor
This place is unbelievably negligent. They do not answer phone calls, they do not return calls when I leave voicemails, and the last two times that I tried to get some information in person (since they don't answer phones) the door was locked during posted business hours. We have since left the practice.
Worst place. Staff was nice but they don't call you back. Took months to fill my prescriptions and I paid my bill but still getting an invoice. I have left 3 messages so far and nothing.....
Had a horrible experience with them. Good reviews are actually from the staff who work there. The first and only time I went in the doctor told me her entire life story. Just very unprofessional and will be switching.
