Had a great time! It was my first time kayaking and it's the perfect river for a first timer. Staff was very helpful and pleasant! I will be going back!
These folks give you an opportunity to spend hours enjoying the beautiful French Broad River and it's very affordable! We've done several trips and plan to do more.
Great staff, Rented items in great shape, had a great time on the river for the 3 hour kayak trip. River was easy as the section of river was all class 1 or 2.
Headwaters is all you need for a wonderful day on the French Broad!
Highly recommend the full day school of trout. Great instructions from guides Chris and Ryan, beautiful scenery and big fish!! Looking forward to our next opportunity to fish with Headwaters Outfitters.
