We had an incredible trip on 9/2 on the Discovery at Dusk program. Enjoyed the wildlife sightings--heron,osprey,muskrat,beaver,cow(!), many wildflowers, historical details about the river, towns and parks nearby. The guide was so easygoing but gave us (novice paddlers, 2 person canoe) plenty of tips for balance and steering past any rocks or branch snags. Found this group of folks to be awesome! Took time to answer all our questions on the different models of canoes and kayaks, made sure the right combination of paddlers were in the best canoe choice. Very accommodating. Will definitely use them again, probably this summer!
