RecommendedWe fished with Will Hammond and had a blast. Caught tons of trout from big to small. Fished very close to the shop so it was an easy drive. Lots of fun. Will is a great guide and took awesome pics. Highly recommend!

My guide, Gavin, with Headwaters Outfitters was an excellent teacher! When I arrived for my trip, he gave me the option to upgrade for a private waters trip which was great! I was looking to improve my skills on casting, reading water, and choosing bait. He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and 100% delivered on what I wanted out of my trip. Had two great days fishing with Hannah Myers. She had my wife catching fish within minutes and she had never fly fished in her life. She is a pro with patience and knowledge that makes your time on the water fun! It is great to be around such a happy fun person who takes the snobbery out of flyfishing.

Hannah Myers is the best guide I have ever fished with. She put us on many fish and big fish. Hannah ties pretty knots faster than anyone. I learned a lot from her. She is friendly and fun to be around. Hannah will ensure you have a great experience. I highly recommend Hannah.
Great people 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We enjoy the day on the French Broad River, Kayaking. Our Kayak was call Corona. LOL THE YEAR OF the 2020 Covid19!
We had such an awesome time! Can’t wait to go back! We had a group of seven and were able to stay together when we wanted and spread out when we felt like it. There were a couple places we could stop on the bank and take a break or wait for others in our group.
