absolutely awful. nothing but bad things to say about this place. the workers act as if they are reading from a script instead of comforting you. so many friends and family members of mine have attended headspace and hated it and I agree with them
I’ve been attending headspace for i believe nearly 2 years. I’ve been seeing the same person for every session. He has helped me understand my anxiety and how to cope on a day to day basis. He’s definitely one of the best psychologists I’ve ever seen.
