Really sweet staff and the therapists are friendly. it’s a shame it’s so far away from my home and the parking is difficult but there’s a good cafe next to it called ghetto blasters that does pretty good chai. The reception offers snacks
A "degree based education " member of staff at headspace Fremantle, suggested to my 15 year old who has suicidal idiations and seeking help, to use a sharper implement over something like scissors for self harming
Had a terrible experience here. I was lied to about wait times, my counsellor once didn’t show up to a session, they kept pushing CBT despite the fact I’d done it before and found it unhelpful. They were extremely disorganised and disrespectful. Worse when I had finished my 10 sessions they left me without any referrals or places to for support despite the fact I was very unwell. When I sent a formal complaint it wasn’t even addressed. Go somewhere else where you will be respected and listened to.
