These folks deserve an award for the excellent service, patience, and incredible commitment to customer service they exemplify. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They made a very stressful situation bearable and never gave up - even through a frustrating warranty issue. Fair prices, honored our club discount and gift certificate, both cars (MINI Cooper S') ready as agreed. Great communication with an explanation of all charges. Chris and Zach are easy to work with and pleasant to "boot"! We will drive from Greenville for both routine and specialty services as needed.
