RecommendedThis is my new shop for life! I am so impressed with the service I got today. My family was all out of town and my engine light came on. They gave me a ride home after they fit me into their busy schedule, and picked me up when my car was ready. They didn’t have to fix anything, but they did several thorough checks to make sure my vehicle was running properly, and didn’t even charge me. With that kind of honesty I feel like I can trust them with my regular maintenance!

***Shady Business Practice*** I had been a customer of Heads Up and Chris since May of 2008. Chris was very eager to receive reviews since someone let a 1 star review because they didn't do head jobs. I didn't want to give him a review then based off one oil change during that time and just visiting that shop once. Also during that oil change they left black mess on my headliner. On 02/03/2020 I had a trans fluid service done along with front and rear diff service and transfer case service. This place is awesome. Nothing but honesty and integrity here. They have a customer for life. I will absolutely use them in the future for anything my 14 x5 35i May need .
Took my BMW X5 today for service that I have been going to Century BMW for. After today, I have found my new car care center. Century told me I needed new tires. After speaking with the tech from HUA, he explained I could get one more year out of them. It was a breath of fresh air for a business owner to tell me NOT to do it! There prices seemed reasonable. And, they are 10 minutes from my house.
This place and the people are exceptional and highly reccommended!! I travel from Greenville to get my car serviced here. They are honest and caring and treat my car likes its their own, all while providing great service & fair pricing. So thankful they are in business!!

I had just arrived in Spartanburg late Fri morning and my serpentine belt shredded. Heads Up was recommended to me. Chris answered the phone and said they were closing at noon but would get on it first thing Mon. As promised, he called me Mon AM and said the water pump had seized up. What are the chances there was one for a 2005 MB diesel in Spbg! None! But they found one in Greenville, made the repair and had me back on the road Tues afternoon. This is known as customer service folks!! Thanks Chris and staff!
